We are hybrid. Most roles are based primarily at headquarters with around three days in the office. Some roles are fully remote where the work permits, and the listing states the policy. Customer-facing roles travel roughly 25% of the time.
Application review, a 30-minute screen with the hiring manager, a role-specific assessment, a 2–3 hour team interview, and a decision within a week. The whole process typically takes three to four weeks.
For senior engineering and AI/ML roles, when experience is exceptional. Sponsorship is decided role by role and noted on the listing.
